Ordering and Payment
Orders are accepted via this website, email, phone or print out the order form and mail/fax it to us. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and eCheck payments are currently accepted via Paypal. Paypal is a secure payment gateway. Merchants do not receive your credit card information, making it a safer way to pay. To order via Paypal, either complete purchase online or email/phone your order and we will send you an invoice via email with a link to pay (you do not need to have an account with them.)
You can pay by check or money order by regular mail. Complete order online, by phone or via email. We will email or call you with the total order amount and information where you can send payment. Please note, if payment by check is chosen, we will hold
the order for 10 business days until the check clears. Also, payment by eCheck will be held until payment is cleared (usually 4-7 business days).
Nevada residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
Processing Times
The current
processing time is 7-10 days plus 1 week shipping time.
(Processing times may vary depending on time of year.) Processing
time frame can be longer, if you do not approve your proof via email in
a timely manner.
For custom filled Paint Cans, please add 3 weeks delivery time if you would like to fill your can with Stuff A Friend products . Amyz Wrapz does not keep a full inventory and most items will need to be ordered to fill your can. To save time, you can click our link to these sites to order the items you would like and have them shipped straight to you to fill your can.
Shipping Rates & Methods
We ship all orders via Priority Mail (through the US Postal Service) unless
upgraded shipping is requested. Priority Mail usually take 2-3 days to arrive
at its destination, but this is NOT guaranteed. For
upgraded shipping requests, we use Express Mail through the US Postal Service which has guaranteed next day or second day shipping (including Sundays and holidays). We rely on common carriers to handle the
delivery of our product, so once the order is mailed, we have no control
over how long it takes to arrive.
Returns & Cancellations
Please be sure to read over the proof carefully, as we are not responsible for any errors after final approval of the proof. Orders with errors which were part of the final approved proof will be replaced at a discount plus shipping. Please check your proof carefully to avoid errors.
If you decide to cancel the order after you have approved the proof but before the order is processed a 25% processing fee will be charged to cover design and set-up time.
If you decide to cancel after the order has been processed, the order is non-refundable and will be shipped. If an error was made on our part after final approval, we will replace the item at no additional charge.
Privacy Policy
It is the company's policy to respect the privacy of its Users and of personal electronic communication. We respect the privacy of our customer. Amyz Wrapz does not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding its customers to any third party. Any information you provide us is held with the utmost care and security.
