Official Letters From Santa
Amyz Wrapz is proud to introduce Official Letters From Santa as a new holiday item. Ordering is done through OfficalLettersFromSanta.com, however payment is made through Amyz Wrapz.
Because of the nature of this item and the prompt turn around time that is necessary, proofs are not available. Letters must be ordered by December 4th to ensure delivery. Children in the same house will not receive the same form letter.

Can I see a proof before my order is printed?
Absolutely! You will receive a full color proof via email within 48 hours of your order. Once you receive the proof, you can call or send an email with changes/corrections or with your approval. Your order will then be printed and shipped with one week.

What kind of chocolate do your wrappers fit over?
Currently we offer candy wrappers that fit over a 1.55 oz. Hershey's Chocolate Bar or Nestle Crunch Bar (regular size candy bar).
However, if you have something else in mind, we can create a custom wrapper to fit over many different types of candy, mints and other items. Please call us at (702) 940-6720 or email us with your request and we will give you a quote.

Can you design a wrapper with a specific character (Pooh, Blues Clues, etc.)?
No, these characters are copyrighted and Amyz Wrapz does not hold a license to print them.
We can however create a design to coordinate with these themes without using the actual character. Please call us at (702) 940-6720 or email us with your request.

I have something specific in mind that I didnt see on
your web page. Can you design a wrapper for me if I tell you what I want?
Yes. There is no additional charge for us to custom design a wrapper. Just tell us what you want and well design a
wrapper for you at no additional charge. Well even send you a proof (via email) to
approve your wrapper. If you have an image already (such as a business logo), you can send
it to us either via email or in the mail and we can scan it and put it on your wrapper as
long as its not copyright protected.

Can you add a photograph/scan a photograph for the wrapper for me?
Yes. If the photo is already scanned, you can email it to us in either .tif, .bmp or
.jpg
format. Please include your order ID number in the subject line. Please DO NOT CROP the photo. We will
crop and scale the photo for the wrapper/label. If you scan the photo please
make sure the resolution is 300 dpi or greater for best print quality.
If you need a photo scanned, you can mail it to: 3184 Crystal Moon Road, Henderson, NV 89052. We will scan it and return the photo
unharmed with your completed order.

I have specific theme colors in mind. Can you match them
for me?
If you send us a swatch or sample of your colors, we will try to match them to the best
of our ability. There is no extra charge for color matching. Please note: Due to the different settings on individual monitors,
it is often hard for us to show you the true color of our products.

When I order wrappers, how do I wrap them?
With all completed wrapper orders, we provide easy to follow wrapping
instructions. All you need is some time and a glue stick or double stick tape.

Why do you sell only wrappers ?
At this time Amyz Wrapz is offering wrappers only due to the possibility of wrapped candy melting and breaking during shipping. If you are local to the Las Vegas Valley and would like to purchase wrapped bars, please call (702) 940-6720 or email us and we can give you a quote and set up a delivery/pick up time. A delivery charge may apply.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Amyz Wrapz accepts all major credit cards and eChecks via PayPal, checks and money orders. Please note, if payment by check is chosen, we will hold
the order for 10 business days until the check clears. Orders paid by eCheck will also be held until cleared (usually 4-7 business days).

What method of shipping will be used to mail my order?
We ship all orders via Priority Mail (through the US Postal Service) unless
upgraded shipping is requested. Priority Mail usually take 2-3 days to arrive
at its destination, but this is NOT guaranteed. For
upgraded shipping requests, we use Express Mail through the US Postal Service which has guaranteed next day or second day shipping. We rely on common carriers to handle the
delivery of our product, so once the order is mailed, we have no control
over how long it takes to arrive.

Do I need to add sales tax?
Nevada residents please add 7.75% sales tax to all orders.

What is the turnaround
time?
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a
confirmation and image file to proof your order within 48 hours. Once
you approve the image and we receive payment in full, orders are shipped
within one week. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail which can take
up to a week (or LONGER) to arrive at its destination. To expedite
delivery of your order, you can request Express Mail. USPS Express Mail shipping time is 1-2 days guaranteed
(including Sundays and Holidays).
For custom filled Paint Cans, please add 3 weeks delivery time if you would like to fill your can with Stuff A Friend products. Amyz Wrapz does not keep a full inventory and most items will need to be ordered to fill your can. To save time, you can click our link to these sites to order the items you would like and have them shipped straight to you to fill your can.
